About the event
Johns Hopkins University’s Public Health in Asia Symposium and American World Health Organization is hosting its first collaborative symposium this year. The theme for this year’s symposium is Advancing Equity, Driving Innovation. This symposium seeks to bring forth a holistic view of the current global public health status and the innovative approaches done to bring forth greater health equity, such as technological innovation. Our goal is to provide a platform for both undergraduate and graduate students to present their research, expose themselves to other's research, and receive feedback from professionals and peers.
